12th FYP saw strong increase in proportion of non-fossil energy consumption
日前从国家能源局获悉，“十二五”期间，我国清洁能源快速发展，水电、核电、风电、太阳能发电装机规模分别增长1.4倍、2.6倍、4倍和168倍，带动非化石能源消费比重提高了2.6个百分点。我国人均用能、人均用电分别提高了15.7%、29%，居民用气人口提高了1.8倍。
据国家能源局局长努尔·白克力介绍，“十二五”期间我国节能环保成效显著，全国6000千瓦及以上火电机组每千瓦时供电标准煤耗累计下降17克，火电机组二氧化硫、氮氧化物、烟尘排放量累计分别下降33%、35%和39%以上。国际合作全面拓展，初步形成了西北、东北、西南及海上四大油气进口战略通道，火电、水电、核电、新能源、电网、煤炭等领域国际合作全方位开展。科技创新能力明显增强，具有自主知识产权的“华龙一号”、CAP1400三代核电技术和具有四代安全特征的高温气冷堆核电技术研发成功，大型水电筑坝和80万千瓦水轮机组设计制造世界领先。电力、油气行业改革迈出重要步伐。(记者张翼)
