根据国家发展改革委、工业和信息化部、国家质检总局《关于印发<家用电冰箱能效“领跑者”制度实施细则> <平板电视能效“领跑者”制度实施细则> <转速可控型房间空气调节器能效“领跑者”制度实施细则>的通知》（发改环资[2015] 2499号），现将2016年度家用电冰箱、平板电视、转速可控型房间空气调节器能效“领跑者”产品予以公告。
自公告之日起, 入围企业可在入围产品能效标识本体上直接印制能效“领跑者”标志，按承诺完成能效“领跑者”产品的年度推广量。
