根据中电联月报统计,2016年一季度,全国6000千瓦及以上电厂发电设备平均利用小时为886小时,同比降低74小时。
截至3月末,全国6000千瓦及以上电厂水电装机容量2.8亿千瓦,一季度水电设备平均利用小时691小时,比上年同期增加82小时,是近十年以来同期的最高水平。与上年同期相比,19个省份水电设备平均利用小时同比增加,其中福建、江西和湖南增加超过400小时,而内蒙古和河南水电利用小时分别降低219小时和254小时。在水电装机容量超过500万千瓦的13个省份中,10个省份水电设备利用小时同比增加,其中福建和湖南增加幅度超过400小时,青海和甘肃同比分别下降77小时和97小时。
截至3月末,全国6000千瓦及以上电厂火电装机容量10.1亿千瓦,一季度火电设备平均利用小时1006小时,比上年同期降低108小时。分省来看,北京火电设备平均利用小时达到1328小时;河北、江苏和山东超过1200小时;广西、湖南和广东等7个省份低于800小时,其中云南、西藏仅有279小时和27小时。与上年同期相比,共有25个省份火电利用小时同比下降,其中,湖南、福建、四川和青海下降分别为371小时、377小时、396小时和457小时。
截至3月末,全国核电装机容量2830万千瓦,设备平均利用小时1646小时,比上年同期增加7小时。
截至3月末,全国并网风电装机容量13407万千瓦,风电设备平均利用小时422小时,比上年同期降低61小时。分省来看,福建、云南风电平均利用小时分别达到755和753小时。在风电装机容量超过300万千瓦的13个省份中,云南、江苏、河北、山西、山东和内蒙古风电设备平均利用小时超过全国平均水平;甘肃、宁夏、吉林和新疆风电平均利用小时分别仅有294、264、224和189小时,同比分别下降62、277、45和199小时。
