　　根据国家发展改革委等部门《关于印发<电网企业实施电力需求侧管理目标责任考核方案（试行）>的通知》（发改运行〔2011〕2407号）和《关于深入推进供给侧结构性改革 做好新形势下电力需求侧管理工作的通知》（发改运行规〔2017〕1690号）等文件要求，我委会同有关部门对国家电网公司、南方电网公司2018年度电力需求侧管理目标责任完成情况进行了评价考核，现将考核结果公告如下。

　　2018年，国家电网公司、南方电网公司坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，全面贯彻党的十九大和十九届二中、三中全会精神，认真落实中央经济工作会议和政府工作报告各项部署，扎实开展制度建设、宣传培训、平台支撑、机制创新等工作，深化技术研发，创新服务模式，构建清洁低碳、安全高效的能源体系，有效促进节能减排和经济高质量发展。经核查，2018年国家电网公司、南方电网公司均完成电力需求侧管理目标任务，共节约电量164.4亿千瓦时，节约电力410.2万千瓦。各省（区、市）电网企业2018年度目标任务完成情况见附件。其中，山西、黑龙江、江苏、山东、广东等省工作措施得力，社会节电比重较高，予以通报表扬。

　　下一步，各地电力运行主管部门和电网企业要继续深入推进供给侧结构性改革，高度重视电力需求侧管理，提供优质服务，在确保完成“两个0.3%”节约任务目标的同时，不断挖掘企业用户节能潜力，创新能源服务机制，提升综合效益。
