记者日前从安徽省煤矿安全监察工作会议上获知，今年安徽省将坚决关闭9万吨以下小煤矿，实现执法计划完成率、监察矿井覆盖率、事故按期结案率100%，实现全省煤炭安全生产形势根本好转。
今年，安徽省煤监局将以贯彻落实《国务院办公厅关于进一步加强煤矿安全生产工作的意见》为重点，以开展“保护矿工生命、矿长守规尽责”主题实践活动为载体，进一步加强监察执法队伍建设，深化小煤矿整顿关闭，严格煤矿安全准入；强化职业病防治，推进安全质量标准化、机械化、信息化和自动化建设；深入开展煤矿“打非治违”和安全生产大检查，督促企业安全生产主体责任和地方政府监管责任落实。同时，通过多重举措，今年要确保煤矿生产安全事故死亡人数和百万吨死亡率控制在安徽省政府安委会下达的指标内。坚决关闭9万吨/年以下小煤矿、30万吨/年以下煤与瓦斯突出矿井，有效推进30万吨/年以下小煤矿退出。（记者 夏海军）
