First households rewarded compensation for selling back to the grid in Tianjin
记者27日从天津滨海电力分公司获悉，家住滨海新区的董强及其邻居王先生、沈先生日前分别收到国网天津市电力公司789.36元、584.19元、768.62元的第一笔分布式发电结算款。这也是天津首批结算的居民个人分布式发电项目。
自2013年6月6日并网运行以来，董强及其邻居的发电设备运行良好，三户家庭除上述的售电收入外，自发的电也部分用于自家使用，“卖电”和“省电”两部分费用共计3300多元。
作为国内首家居民个人“风光互补”自发电第一人，董强利用屋顶安装了一组3千瓦光伏发电设备和1台3千瓦风力发电设备，风电、光电并用。邻居王先生、沈先生则各安装了一组3千瓦光伏发电设备。去年3月，董强等三户家庭向国网天津电力滨海供电分公司提交并网申请，电力部门组织进行了现场勘查，为客户科学制定接入系统方案，并指导客户按照接入方案进行设备安装。在6月6日验收调试后，三户家庭发电项目同日并网发电。
截至今年1月22日，天津已有12户居民客户申请分布式发电项目。其中，并网项目已有5项，累计发电量6000千瓦时，总上网电量3000千瓦时。
国网天津电力在为天津首批居民分布式发电项目进行电费结算的同时，还支付了国家拨付的可再生能源补助资金。（记者毛振华）
