Inner Mongolia to close 790 coal mines with 640 Mt of capacity over 10 years
新华社呼和浩特５月１５日专电（记者董璐）我国产煤大区内蒙古通过整顿关闭和资源整合，淘汰了一大批规模小、技术水平低、资源浪费严重、安全无保障的小煤矿，２００５年至２０１５年的１０年内实现煤矿数量减少７９０处，同期产能增加６.４亿吨。
来自内蒙古自治区经信委的一份调研分析显示，经过近１０年的调整和优化，内蒙古煤矿数量已由２００５年的１３７８处减少到２０１５年的５８８处，产能由２．６亿吨增加到９亿吨，平均单井产能由２００５年不足１４万吨提高到１８８万吨。
内蒙古自２０１１年开始对自治区煤炭行业实施以煤炭资源整合和煤炭企业兼并重组为主要内容的产业结构调整，通过开展以煤炭企业间为主的横向兼并重组提高了区内煤炭工业集中度和产业化水平，通过开展煤炭转化企业与煤炭生产企业纵向重组，实现了产业优势互补和一体化发展。
分析认为，虽然煤炭资源配置政策对内蒙古煤炭的转化和煤炭产业链条形成作用显著，但由于可消化的产能有限且大多自成体系，原有产能并没有得到更多地消化，加快煤炭转化企业与煤炭生产企业重组仍是当前乃至今后一个时期化解内蒙古产能过剩的一项重要措施。
