近日，辽宁省政府组织召开全省安全生产电视电话会议，总结去年安全生产工作，对春节期间和今年安全生产工作作出整体部署。
会议指出，去年辽宁省没有发生过一起重特大安全生产事故，创下10年安全生产最好水平，但个别地区和企业仍存在重经济增长轻安全生产问题，个别政府主管部门存在麻痹思想侥幸心理。
为此，在2014年，辽宁省将强化红线意识和底线思维，继续实施安全发展战略。
会议要求，各地区各部门要始终把人民生命安全放在首位，时刻绷紧安全生产这根弦，按照“一岗双责”、“管行业必须管安全”的原则，抓好本地区本部门安全生产工作职责，坚决落实煤矿安全“双七条”。
今年，辽宁省要再关闭50家小煤矿，依法关闭和取缔无证开采，不具备安全生产条件等各类小矿山和矿库，突出抓好8个重点县的矿山整顿关闭工作。
同时，辽宁省政府规定，从现在开始到3月底，以确保两会和春节期间安全稳定为目标，突出重点行业领域，全面开展事故隐患大排查、大治理行动，及时排除隐患，确保全省安全生产形势持续稳定。
