NEA holds international seminar on market liberalization and power pricing
为借鉴国际上主要国家电力市场化改革和成本监管经验，推进中国电力行业市场化改革，加强成本监管，1月16日，国家能源局市场监管司联合世界银行驻华代表处在北京召开了电力市场化改革和成本监管研讨会。国家能源局有关司局、各派出机构的代表，世界银行代表、专家，研究机构的专家学者以及部分企业代表共60余人参加了研讨会。
会上，来自美国、澳大利亚等国家的能源专家，为与会代表介绍了美国、英国、澳大利亚、巴西等国家电力市场改革最新进展情况和美国公用事业统一会计制度实施及成本监管情况，并解答了与会代表提出的问题。通过专家讲解和与会代表共同交流探讨，参会人员达成了许多共识，进一步坚定了市场化改革的信心。
1月17日上午，市场监管司与世界银行驻华代表处及专家进行了工作座谈，就能源市场化改革及成本价格监管等事项进行了沟通交流，形成了初步的合作意向。
