NEA issues tender for research on major energy issues in 13th FYP
1月22日，国家能源局发布《“十三五”能源规划前期重大问题研究招标公告》，就“十三五”能源规划前期重大研究课题面向社会公开选聘研究单位。
“十三五”（2016-2020年）将是我国全面建成小康社会，实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的关键时期，能源发展面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。编制和实施好“十三五”能源规划，对于全面推动能源生产和消费革命，保障国家能源安全，支撑经济社会可持续发展具有重要意义。
为提高规划编制工作水平，调动社会各方面力量和资源，凝聚社会各界智慧，增强规划的科学性、前瞻性、实用性，国家能源局从即日起面向社会公开选聘研究单位参与“十三五”能源规划前期重大问题研究。招标截止日期为2014年2月25日，国家能源局将组织专家评审小组，对申请单位的申报材料进行评审，择优确定课题研究单位，并于3月15日前下达中标通知。具体内容可登录国家发展改革委、国家能源局网站查询。
