各省、自治区、直辖市发展改革委、物价局，中国石油天然气集团有限公司、中国石油化工集团有限公司：
根据天然气增值税率调整情况，决定相应调整天然气基准门站价格。现就有关事项通知如下。
一、根据增值税税率调整情况，决定自2019年4月1日起，调整各省（区、市）天然气基准门站价格，具体见附件。
二、天然气生产供应企业在与用户协商确定具体价格时，要充分考虑增值税率降低因素，将增值税率降低的好处让利于用户。
三、请各地价格主管部门在安排天然气销售价格时，统筹考虑增值税率降低因素，切实将增值税改革的红利全部让利于用户。
