有关省、自治区、直辖市财政厅（局）：
根据财政部 国家发展改革委 国家能源局《关于印发可再生能源电价附加补助资金管理暂行办法的通知》（财建〔2012〕102号,以下简称《管理办法》）、《关于公布可再生能源电价附加资金补助目录（第一批）的通知》（财建〔2012〕344号）、《关于公布可再生能源电价附加资金补助目录（第二批）的通知》（财建〔2012〕808号）、《关于公布可再生能源电价附加资金补助目录（第三批）的通知》（财建〔2012〕1067号）、《关于公布可再生能源电价附加资金补助目录（第四批）的通知》（财建〔2013〕64号）和你省（区、市）申请情况，现预拨你省（区、市）可再生能源电价附加补助资金，具体金额见附件2（政府收支分类科目：2116001 风力发电补助，2116002 太阳能发电补助，2116003 生物质能发电补助，2116099其他可再生能源电价附加收入安排的支出）。
请按规定将上述资金及时拨付给省级电网企业、地方独立电网企业，并会同价格、能源主管部门加强资金监管，要求省级电网企业、地方独立电网企业将资金专项用于收购本级电网覆盖范围内列入上述四批可再生能源电价附加资金补助目录内的可再生能源发电上网电量等相关支出。
