根据《中华人民共和国标准化法实施条例》的规定，国家能源局组织复审了已实施5年以上的行业标准，决定废止《石油天然气站内工艺管道工程施工及验收规范》（SY 0402-2000）等23项石油天然气行业标准（见附件），现予公布，自公布之日起生效。
