内蒙古自治区发展改革委：
你委《关于蒙东电网实施同网同价有关问题的请示》（内发改价字[2017]231号）收悉。经研究，现将有关事项批复如下。
一、在蒙东电网实施城乡用电同网同价，切实降低蒙东地区用电成本，是落实供给侧结构性改革，振兴东北经济的重要举措，是完善和简化销售电价体系，促进电力公平负担的必要措施。同意你委以财政资金补贴的方式，实现蒙东电网城乡用电同网同价。
二、进一步贯彻落实《中共中央 国务院关于全面振兴东北地区等老工业基地的若干意见》（中发〔2016〕7号）、《国务院关于深入推进实施新一轮东北振兴战略加快推动东北地区经济企稳向好若干重要举措的意见》（国发〔2016〕62号）精神，在蒙东电网同网同价工作实施过程中，认真研究补贴资金退出机制和评估机制等具体操作办法，做好与蒙东电网公司的衔接工作，保障电网安全正常运行。
三、请将同价后的电价执行标准上报我委备案。
