Sinopec and Rosneft to jointly develop two oil and gas fields in Russia
中国石油化工集团公司日前宣布，与俄罗斯石油公司签署合作框架协议，双方将共同开发俄罗斯两个油气田。
根据双方签署的《共同开发鲁斯科耶油气田和尤鲁勃切诺－托霍姆油气田合作框架协议》，中石化有权收购俄罗斯石油公司所属东西伯利亚油气公司和秋明油气公司这两家公司49％的股份。这两家公司分别拥有鲁斯科耶油气田和尤鲁勃切诺－托霍姆油气田这两个油气田的开发许可证。
双方认为，协议所涉油气田发展前景广阔，两座油气田均位于俄罗斯石油公司的重点经营地区。共同开发致密原油贮藏将有助于双方降低项目运营风险。合作也将在资金、技术和实施能力等各方面提升项目实力。双方期待进一步扩大勘探开发合作。
