新华社北京12月11日电（记者姜琳）国家电网公司董事长舒印彪11日表示，为满足电动车迅猛发展的需求，该公司未来几年将进一步加大电动汽车换电设施的投资力度，计划到2020年建成充电站1万座、充电桩12万个，在北京、上海、杭州等城市形成半径不超过1公里的公共快充网络。
舒印彪在11日举行的“2016中国电动汽车充换电服务高峰论坛”上介绍说，国家电网把基础设施建设作为推动电动汽车大发展的重要前提，坚持规划先行。“十二五”期间已建成京津冀鲁和长三角地区主要城市间的高速公路快充网络，覆盖高速公路1.1万公里；“十三五”期间计划覆盖高速公路3.6万公里，为电动车“行天下”提供便利。
“去年以来充换电建设爆发式增长。为此，我们专门成立了国网电动汽车公司，实施电动汽车充换电业务的专门管理。”舒印彪说，其最大亮点就是建成了一个集充换电设施监控、查找、费用结算等功能为一体的“车联网”平台，可解决电动车使用找桩难、充电难的问题。目前已接入充电桩8万多个，其中约一半为国网自建，还有一半来自其他公司。
国家能源局的统计数据显示，截止到10月末，我国电动汽车充电桩已达到10.7万个，同比大幅增长118%；此外私人充电桩总数已超过17万个，这标志着我国充电基础设施发展进入了新阶段。
