2014年全国水电站大坝管理单位安全责任人名单
各派出机构，大坝安全监察中心，各电力企业：
根据《水库大坝安全管理条例》、《水电站大坝运行安全管理规定》有关要求，现将电力行业418座已注册和备案的水电站大坝运行单位及主管单位的安全责任人名单予以公布（详见附件）。
各电力企业要进一步完善水电站大坝安全责任制，落实大坝安全第一责任人的具体责任，健全大坝安全管理机构和职责，健全大坝安全管理制度和标准，配备必要的专业技术人员并保证安全生产投入，强化风险预控和应急管理，建立与有关地方政府、防汛主管部门等单位的应急联动和协调机制，确保大坝运行安全和社会公共安全。各派出机构要切实履行水电站大坝安全监管职责，与水电站大坝所在地人民政府密切配合，加强辖区内水电站大坝运行安全监管。大坝安全监察中心要加强对运行水电站大坝的技术监督服务和安全监管的技术支撑，不断提升水电站大坝运行安全监督管理的能力和水平。
