Guangxi accelerating natural gas infrastructure construction
中新社南宁1月17日电 (记者 蒙鸣明)“如果使用中缅天然气管道的气，仅此一项，我们企业每年可节约成本8000万元人民币。”正在参加广西“两会”的广西有色金属集团公司董事长张福利说。
为缓解环境压力，广西目前正加速能源布局，广西“两会”正在南宁召开，其《政府工作报告》显示，广西已全面启动县县通天然气工程。相对廉价的清洁能源的注入不仅使居民和企业受益，也将缓解这个西部落后省份为经济发展带来的环境压力。
广西的县县通天然气得益于中缅天然气管道的全面贯通，按照广西官方的规划，未来数年，广西将投资约610亿元，加快建设天然气入桂支线、地级市专供管道、县级支线、城区管网及附属设施。官方计划今年实现全部地级市、37个县通天然气，全区通气覆盖率达到49%。到2017年年底，实现广西全区各县送达天然气。
随着北海能源基地、钦州原油储备库等一批重点项目的开工建设，广西正为加大能源供给量布局，在缓解环境压力的同时，也为中国—东盟合作进入“钻石十年”而带来的发展机遇未雨绸缪。
