近日，贵州省政府办公厅下发了《关于进一步加强煤矿安全生产工作的意见的实施意见》，对今后的煤矿安全生产工作提出了具体的工作要求。意见提出，力争到2014年上半年，全省煤矿数量减少到800处左右。
贵州提出，到2015年将全部关闭退出年产15万吨以下的各类煤矿，对年产15万吨及以上小煤矿中发生较大以上责任事故的煤矿实施兼并重组。
从2014年起连续5年，贵州省财政将每年安排1.61亿元，由当地政府以“以奖代补”方式一次性奖励关闭煤矿的实施主体。关闭一处年产9万吨的煤矿，奖励100万元，关闭煤矿规模每提升一个档次增加20万元，市（州）人民政府根据实际情况适当奖励。
贵州还将依据煤矿安全生产条件、安全生产行为等建立煤矿安全生产信用档案，实行煤矿安全信用分级管理。
贵州规定，到2014年底，全省每个煤矿企业至少有1个到2个一级标准化煤矿。到2015年，全省小型煤矿机械化和掘进装载机械化程度要分别达到55%和80%以上。
