Beijing to speed up clean energy transition
据新华社报道 北京市加快清洁能源改造，进一步压减燃煤，构建安全清洁高效的现代城市能源体系，促进空气环境质量改善。
记者从北京市发展改革委了解到，2013年，北京市清洁能源改造大大提速，统筹域内外资源，优化源点设施布局，加快建设多源多向、互联互备的管网设施保障体系，提高天然气、外调电力和可再生能源利用比重。
目前，北京四大热电中心正在建设，西北热电中心4台机组已具备调试条件，其中两台机组投运，东北热电中心主体结构完工。大唐煤制气一期、唐山LNG一期已经建成供气。
北京加快推进燃煤锅炉清洁改造，完成核心区4．4万户平房采暖清洁能源改造。同时，集中治理城乡接合部散煤，推进农村优质燃煤减量替代。
据北京清洁空气行动计划，2015年前，东城区和西城区两个核心区实现无煤化；2016年，基本完成全市规模以上工业企业锅炉“煤改气”，削减燃煤200万吨；2016年，四大燃气热电中心全部建成；2017年全面关停燃煤机组，削减燃煤920万吨。到2017年，北京市优质能源消费比重提高到90％以上，可再生能源消费比重达到7％。（关桂峰）
