“现在不担心停电了，今年春节空调、电饭煲、电磁炉、电热毯这些家电都用上了，没有出过故障，这个年过得舒心！”重庆市汇洋大厦小区住户谭跃洪高兴地说。
汇洋大厦小区2002年建成。“小区的电线乱七八糟，用电量大就负荷不起，开空调就容易停电。”说起以前用电的难处，谭跃洪有些怨言。
为了彻底解决电力设施老旧小区“用电难，无人管”的问题，重庆市委、市政府将老旧小区电力设施改造工作纳入22件民生实事，形成“政府牵头，街道、小区业主代表或物管人员共同参与，国网重庆电力实施”的整治模式。2013年11月底，国网重庆电力公司完成了对汇洋大厦小区的电力设施改造。改造后，小区电力设施全部移交国网重庆电力，由该公司负责设备的运行维护、故障处理及改造更新，保证供电可靠性，让大家用上“放心电”。
据悉，国网重庆电力公司从2013年9月开始到2015年底，将完成全市1424个电力设施老旧小区的改造任务。（记者李坚）
