Jiangxi continue to promote household PV installation
新华网南昌２月７日电（记者吴锺昊）据江西省能源局消息，江西省计划于２０１４年补贴建设居民家庭“光伏电站”，总建设规模将达到５０００户左右。这是这个中国光伏大省继２０１３年６月在全国率先启动光伏发电示范工程，补贴建设１０００多个家庭“光伏电站”后，进行的又一次光伏发电普及实践。
根据此前江西省实施的万家屋顶光伏发电示范工程，江西计划在３年内让１万户普通家庭实现光伏发电。
江西省将按照每户最大不超过５千瓦、平均３千瓦的装机水平建设户用光伏发电示范工程。工程采取居民自建、合同能源管理和政府统一组织建设三种建设模式，并鼓励各地因地制宜创新探索其他有效率的建设运营模式。
江西省相关部门将按政策对列入工程的项目进行专项资金补助。其中，２０１４年６月３０日前完成并网验收的补贴标准为每峰瓦３元，７月１日至１２月３１日完成的补贴标准另行制订。目前，全省各地已经开始接受居民和企业申报。
根据中国能源发展“十二五”规划，到２０１５年，中国分布式太阳能发电达到１０００万千瓦，将建成１００个以分布式可再生能源应用为主的新能源示范城市。
江西是中国重要的光伏产业生产基地，拥有赛维ＬＤＫ、晶科等世界排名居前的光伏企业。
