本报常州10月12日电 （记者冉永平）国家发改委、国家能源局、工信部和住建部日前发布了《电动汽车充电基础设施发展指南（2015—2020年）》，根据需求预测结果，到2020年，全国电动汽车保有量将超过500万辆。按照适度超前原则，我国新增集中式充换电站将超过1.2万座，分散式充电桩将超过480万个。
截至2014年底，全国共建设充换电站780座，充电桩3.1万个，可以为超过12万辆电动汽车提供充换电服务。但当前充电设施发展仍然存在认识不统一、配套政策不完善、协调推进难度大、标准规范不健全等问题。
