各省、自治区、直辖市发展改革委、物价局，国家电网公司、南方电网公司：
为落实国务院办公厅《关于印发降低流通费用提高流通效率综合工作方案的通知》（国办发[2013]5号）有关要求，决定进一步降低农产品生产流通环节用电价格，现就有关事项通知如下：
一、生猪、蔬菜生产用电执行农业生产用电价格。
二、农产品批发市场、农贸市场用电、农产品冷链物流的冷库用电价格，已实现商业和工业同价的地区，按一般工商业及其它用电价格执行，尚未实现商业和工业同价的地区，执行非工业、普通工业用电价格。
三、甘肃省非居民照明用电实行与一般工商业用电同价。
四、以上措施自2013年6月1日起实施。
五、尚未实现商业与工业用电同价的江西、新疆、广东、贵州省（区），要抓紧研究商业与工业用电同价实施方案，结合销售电价调整，实现商业与工业用电同价。
六、各地价格主管部门要高度重视农产品生产流通环节电价管理工作，加强对电网企业价格执行情况监督检查，确保相关电价政策落实到位。
