关于航空煤油出厂价格市场化改革有关问题的通知

中国民用航空局，中国石油天然气集团公司、中国石油化工集团公司、中国海洋石油总公司、中国航空油料集团公司，中国人民解放军总后勤部：
为减少行政审批，我委决定自2015年3月份起不再公布航空煤油进口到岸完税价格，改由中石油、中石化、中海油和中航油集团公司按现行原则办法自行计算、确认；贴水继续由供需双方考虑市场供求、运费、交易数量、国际市场油价走势等因素协商确定。
中石油、中石化和中海油公司供中国人民解放军总后勤部航空煤油价格继续按新加坡市场航空煤油进口到岸完税价格执行。
特此通知。
