从北京市政府网站了解到，日前北京市人民政府发布了《关于进一步优化提升生产性服务业加快构建高精尖经济结构的意见》（以下简称《意见》），其中新能源汽车的新业态培育被重点提及。据悉，北京正在加快推进新能源汽车科技产业园的建设，包括将在京津冀地区部署新能源汽车测试实验基地等，将打造一个国内一流、世界领先的新能源汽车科技创新中心。
根据该《意见》，北京未来生产性服务业的占比和经济贡献还将进一步提升。其中，在对新兴业态的培育中，重点提及将“聚焦智能网联电动汽车领域”。
北京市发改委相关负责人表示，未来北京市将加快推进北京新能源汽车科技产业园等建设，鼓励发展电动汽车的研发、设计、试验试制、验证等关键环节。
据介绍，目前北京（大兴）新能源汽车科技产业园、昌平新能源汽车设计制造产业基地、北京（房山）高端制造业基地、顺义新能源汽车产业基地等，都在加快建设中。未来，将以整车设计集成作为龙头，在京津冀部署新能源汽车测试实验基地，以带动形成动力电池、电机、汽车电子等产业链联动发展，带动轻量化材料、电池材料、智能制造装备等延伸链条升级。（记者张海燕）
