为推动我国太阳能热发电技术产业化发展，国家能源局日前下发通知，确定了首批20个太阳能热发电示范项目，总计装机容量134.9万千瓦，分别分布在青海、甘肃、河北、内蒙古和新疆。
通知明确，各示范项目应在2016年9月30日前完成备案，尽早开工建设，并于2018年底前建成投产。在示范项目建设过程中，项目单位、施工企业、设备制造企业等相关各方应加强协作，联合攻关，形成集成技术能力并保障示范项目按时建成投产，尽早发挥产业化示范效果。
国家能源局有关负责人表示，有关电网企业要配合做好示范项目配套电网建设规划，按照示范项目的计划建设进度，及时开展配套电网送出工程建设，并提前研究各示范项目投产后的并网运行方案，确保示范项目发电量全额消纳。
记者了解到，为保障太阳能热发电项目的技术先进性和产业化发展，避免盲目投资和低水平重复建设，在“十三五”时期，太阳能热发电项目均应纳入国家能源局组织的国家太阳能热发电示范项目统一管理，且只有纳入示范项目名单的项目才可享受国家电价补贴。(记者王轶辰)
