广东省、云南省发展改革委，南方电网公司：
根据《跨省跨区专项工程输电价格定价办法（试行）》（发改价格规〔2017〕2269号），经研究，现就核定滇西北送广东专项工程输电价格有关事项通知如下。
一、滇西北直流工程输电价格为每千瓦时9.2分（含税不含线损，下同）；云南省内配套交流工程输电价格为每千瓦时1.50分。
二、滇西北直流工程线损率4.5%，云南省内配套交流工程不计线损。
三、滇西北送广东专项工程运行满三个会计年度后，根据成本监审结果，核定正式的输电价格。
四、本通知自2019年3月27日起执行。该专项工程并网至本通知执行之日期间输送电量，按本通知确定的输电价格清算。
