1月8日，随着最后一户村民家的光伏发电设备并网成功，江苏省首个农民住宅小区连片屋顶“光伏发电村”在连云港市东海县青湖镇青南村并入国家电网，正式开始发电。
青南村屋顶光伏发电项目由江苏省经信委投资建设，129户居民的屋顶被安装1556块多晶硅太阳能组件，采用自发自用、余电上网的方式，预计所发电量的80%供居民使用，剩余20%由国家电网公司收购，年发电量可达39.33万千瓦时。与燃煤发电相比，该光伏发电项目每年可以节省标准煤128吨，减少二氧化碳排放341吨。 新华社发(耿玉和摄)
