中新社昆明1月9日电 (余雪彬)记者9日从云南电网公司获悉，云南与越南、老挝、缅甸已经实现了电力联网，初步建立了区域电力交换平台。截至2013年底，云南电网对越南和老挝累计送电达276.93亿千瓦时，实现销售收入14.7亿美元。
云南境内有金沙江、澜沧江、怒江、红河、珠江和伊洛瓦底江六大著名水系，大河流600多条，拥有约1亿千瓦的水能，加上其“临两洋(印度洋、太平洋)、衔三国(越南、缅甸、老挝)、通三亚(东南亚、南亚、东亚)”的区位优势，使云电外送得到较快发展。
自2004年云南110千伏线路从河口向越南老街送电，至今已发展到4个通道6条线路，对越送电也呈逐年递增趋势，2013年，云南对越南送电31.92亿千瓦时，同比增长21.2%。截止2013年底，云南对越南送电累计电量达272.2亿千瓦时，实现销售收入14.4亿美元。
作为中老合作的重要内容，云南电网从2001年起先后通过10千伏、35千伏线路对老挝北部进行供电，近几年对老挝送电量正以每年翻番的速度增长。2013年对老挝送电2.04亿千瓦时，同比增长97%。截至2013年底，云南对老挝送电累计电量为4.73亿千瓦时，实现销售收入3048万美元。
此外，2013年云南还从缅甸回送电量18.85亿千瓦时，同比减少2.7%。其中，向缅甸瑞丽江水电站购电11.2亿千瓦时，向缅甸太平江水电站购电7.65亿千瓦时。截至2013年底，两个电站累计回送电量95.4亿千瓦时。
如今，中越、中缅和中老电力联网已经被誉为中国与东南亚的“第四条经济大通道”，“云电外送”正为大湄公河次区域国家提供稳定的电力保障，对促进区域内各国共同繁荣起到越来越重要的作用。
