1月13日，山西省统计局发布消息，2013年，山西省7大煤炭集团分别与中央5大电力集团以及浙能、格盟等地方电力集团签订了与煤炭交易价格指数挂钩的中长期供煤协议，煤电关系由“激烈博弈”走向全面合作，成为当年山西省转型跨越发展新亮点。
去年1-11月份，山西省煤炭产量、外运量分别达到8.7亿吨、5.3亿吨，均创历史同期最好水平。去年1-10月份全省电力行业实现利润是上年同期的4.8倍。
