国家质量监督检验检疫总局：
为完善出入境检验检疫收费政策，保障国内成品油的稳定供应，经研究，决定调整进口原油出入境检验检疫收费标准。现将有关问题通知如下：
一、对列入《出入境检验检疫机构实施检验检疫的进出境商品目录》的进口石油原油（商品编码2709000000）出入境检验检疫费按如下收费标准执行：
（一）货物检验检疫费按每吨0.1元收取，同批货物检验检疫费超过5000元的，超过部分按80%计收；
（二）货物及运输工具鉴定业务费中的重量鉴定费仍按每吨0.2元收取；
（三）液体商品空舱、卸载舱、干舱鉴定费收费标准仍按每舱200元收取。
二、收费单位应按规定到原核发《收费许可证》的价格主管部门办理《收费许可证》变更手续，并使用财政部统一印制的票据。
三、本通知自2010年2月1日起执行。此前有关文件规定与本通知不符的，一律以本通知规定为准。
