各省、自治区、直辖市发展改革委、物价局，民航各地区管理局，各运输航空公司：
根据近期国内航空煤油价格变动情况，经国务院批准，调整现行民航国内航线旅客运输燃油附加收取标准，800公里以下航段由每位旅客20元提高到30元， 800公里（含）以上航段由每位旅客40元提高到60元。执行期限暂定为2006年4月10日至10月10日，以航班时刻为准。已提前购票的旅客不再补收。
