河南省、河北省、山东省、天津市发展改革委、物价局、水利（水务）厅（局），水利部黄河水利委员会，水利部海河水利委员会：
根据《中共中央国务院关于加快水利改革发展的决定》（中发[2011]1号）和中央水利工作会议精神以及《水利工程供水价格管理办法》（国家发展改革委、水利部令2003年第4号）有关规定，经商水利部，决定调整黄河下游引黄渠首工程和岳城水库供水价格，现通知如下：
一、黄河下游引黄渠首工程供水价格类型分为农业用水价格和非农业用水价格。工程供非农业用水价格，自2013年4月1日起，4—6月份调整为每立方米0.14元，其他月份调整为每立方米0.12元。供农业用水价格暂不作调整，仍维持4—6月份每立方米0.012元，其他月份每立方米0.01元。
二、岳城水库供水价格类型分为农业用水价格和非农业用水价格，发电用水价格单独制定。自2013年4月1日起，供非农业用水价格调整为每立方米0.3元，供发电用水价格调整为每立方米0.006元。供农业用水价格暂不作调整，仍维持每立方米0.03元。
黄河下游引黄渠首工程、岳城水库供用水单位要严格执行国家规定的供水价格，受水区价格主管部门要加强对供水价格政策执行情况的监督检查。供水单位要将水费收入主要用于水利工程的运行维护，改进供水服务质量，加强水费支出管理，确保水利工程水费取之于水、用之于水。
