Beijing non-household power prices up 6 ct, household prices remain the same
记者近日从市发改委获悉，为疏导燃气发电价格矛盾，自今年1月20日起北京市非居民电价每度电平均上调6分钱，居民生活用电价格不调整。
根据《国家发展改革委关于疏导京津沪燃气电价矛盾的通知》，北京市天然气发电企业临时结算上网电价调整为每千瓦时0.65元，电网企业销售电价平均每千瓦时提高4.64分钱，其中居民用电价格不作调整，其他用电价格平均每千瓦时提高6分钱。通知还要求，为优化销售电价结构，北京市非居民用户（中小化肥生产及亦庄经济开发区用户除外）统一执行《北京市非居民峰谷分时销售电价表》。
据市发展改革委介绍，目前东南和西南热电中心已建成投产，其它热电中心也将陆续投产。由于燃气发电成本要高于煤电成本，因此适时疏导燃气发电价格矛盾，对加快城市能源结构调整、改善大气质量、保障能源安全至关重要。
市发展改革委有关负责人表示，本市燃气发电成本若全部一次性通过电价疏导，电价上涨幅度会较大，综合考虑各方面因素，按照电价逐步疏导的思路，这次本市非居民电价每度电上调6分钱，同时还要完善财政补贴政策、提升电网热网调度效率、促进企业降本增效等综合措施，保障全市电力、热力的稳定安全供应。
在调整电价的同时，北京还对销售电价结构作了进一步优化和完善，充分发挥峰谷电价的调节作用，促进经济结构调整和节能减排。（记者商西）
