新华网北京1月10日电 我国第三代核电技术的自主化又向前迈进一大步。国家核电技术公司10日宣布,大型先进压水堆核电站———CAP1400堆型的初步设计9日在北京通过国家能源局组织的审查,意味着这个由我国在引进消化吸收美国AP1000核电技术基础上自主研发的“升级版”堆型在技术上已定型并得到国家认可。将依托此技术建造的山东荣成核电站有望今年内开工。
美国西屋公司就是在完成AP1000核电技术的初步设计后于2006年将此技术卖给我国。目前我国正在浙江三门和山东海阳建造世界首批4台AP1000核电机组。CAP1400是我国在AP1000基础上通过再创新和集成创新,研发的具有自主知识产权的三代核电技术,被列为国家科技重大专项。CPA1400的电功率超过150万千瓦,是目前世界上最大的非能动压水堆核电机组,其安全性、经济性和环境相容性达世界领先水平。
据悉,CAP1400的施工设计已完成约60%。我国计划在山东荣成建设两台CAP1400核电示范机组。目前基地的各项前期工作正在有序推进,具备2014年开工建设的条件。
