根据《节能低碳产品认证管理办法》（国家质量监督检验检疫总局、国家发展和改革委员会令第168号），经国家发展改革委、质检总局和国家认监委共同确定，第二批低碳产品认证范围为建筑陶瓷砖（板）、轮胎、纺织面料3种产品。
