2012年第42号公告
为贯彻落实《中华人民共和国节约能源法》、《国务院关于加强节能工作的决定》和《国务院关于印发“十二五”节能减排综合性工作方案的通知》，加快重点节能技术的推广普及，引导用能单位采用先进的节能新工艺、新技术和新设备，提高能源利用效率，我们组织编制了《国家重点节能技术推广目录（第五批）》，现予以公告，在国家发展改革委网站（www.ndrc.gov.cn）上发布，请有关部门、单位及企业到网站查阅、下载。
第五批目录涉及煤炭、电力、钢铁、有色、石油石化、化工、建材、机械、轻工、建筑、交通、通信等12个行业，共49项重点节能技术。
