据中电联2015年电力工业统计快报统计,受电力需求增长放缓、新能源装机容量占比不断提高等因素影响,全国6000千瓦及以上电厂发电设备平均利用小时继续下降,2015年全国发电设备平均利用小时为3969小时,同比降低349小时,是1978年以来的最低水平。
2015年底全国水电装机容量3.2亿千瓦,设备平均利用小时3621小时,同比降低48小时。与上年相比,一半省份水电设备平均利用小时同比下降,其中广东、海南和内蒙古下降超过1000小时。在水电装机容量超过500万千瓦的13个省份中,6个省份水电设备平均利用小时同比下降,其中广东同比下降1885小时,甘肃同比下降494小时,青海、湖北、四川和重庆降幅超过200小时。
2015年底全国火电装机容量9.9亿千瓦,设备平均利用小时4329小时,同比降低410小时,是1978年以来的最低水平。其中,海南、宁夏和江苏火电设备平均利用小时超过5000小时,分别为5586、5422和5125小时,内蒙古、青海等9个省份超过4500小时;湖南、吉林等6个省份低于3500小时,其中,云南和西藏分别仅有1879和74小时。与上年相比,除江西外其他省份火电利用小时均有不同程度下降,其中,云南和重庆下降超过1000小时,福建、广西等11个省份下降超过500小时。
2015年底全国核电装机容量2608万千瓦,设备平均利用小时7350小时,同比下降437小时。
2015年底全国并网风电装机容量12934万千瓦,设备平均利用小时为1728小时,同比下降172小时。分省来看,福建、云南风电平均利用小时分别达到2658和2573小时。在风电装机容量超过300万千瓦的13个省份中,云南、内蒙古、河北、山东、辽宁和江苏风电设备平均利用小时超过全国平均水平,其中,云南风电平均利用小时比全国平均水平多845小时;吉林、贵州和甘肃风电平均利用小时分别仅有1430、1199和1184小时;除云南、辽宁和山东同比增加外,其他10个省份的风电平均利用小时同比下降,其中新疆下降523小时。
