国家能源局关于成立能源行业生物液体燃料加工转化标准化技术委员会的批复
中粮集团有限公司:
报来“中粮集团关于成立能源行业生物液体燃料加工转化标准化技术委员会的请示”（中粮总字[2011]269号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下：
一、同意成立能源行业生物液体燃料加工转化标准化技术委员会。编号为NEA/TC22，标委会秘书处由中粮集团有限公司(国家能源生物液体燃料研发（实验）中心)承担。
二、同意第一届能源行业生物液体燃料加工转化标准化技术委员会由27名委员组成（名单见附件），岳国君任主任委员，胡杰、付伟、刘强、杜风光、于占春任副主任委员，李北任秘书长。
三、同意能源行业生物液体燃料加工转化标准化技术委员会主要负责生物液体燃料（包含基础、原料集运、加工转化、清洁生产、耗能等）相关标准化工作。
四、同意中粮集团有限公司负责能源行业生物液体燃料加工转化标准化技术委员会的日常管理及其标准立项、报批等业务的指导工作。请按照《能源领域行业标准化技术委员会管理实施细则（试行）》进行管理。
