各省、自治区、直辖市发展改革委、物价局，民航各地区管理局，各运输航空公司：
根据近期国内航空煤油价格情况，经研究，决定将民航国内航线旅客运输燃油附加执行期限由2005年12月31日暂延长至2006年3月31日，以航班时刻为准。燃油附加收取标准及其他有关事项，继续按《国家发展改革委、民航总局关于国内航线收取燃油附加有关问题的通知》（发改价格[2005]1347号）规定执行。已提前购买2006年1月1日至3月31日期间航班机票的旅客不再补收燃油附加。
