新华网南宁１２月２７日电（记者黄浩铭）记者从广西桂林市政府获悉，桂林市应对气候变化及节能减排工作领导小组办公室近日下发《关于组织开展桂林市低碳试点示范项目建设工作的通知》，正式启动桂林市国家低碳城市试点示范项目建设工作，拟通过示范项目建设，发挥示范带动作用，以点带面，带动低碳城市建设。
本批次的试点示范项目包括低碳农业示范区、低碳居民小区、低碳公共建筑、低碳企业、低碳校园、低碳景区、低碳酒店、低碳医院８大类。有申报意愿的单位可在２０１６年１月２６日前到所在城区发改部门或所属行业行政主管部门申报。
试点示范项目要求在探索建立以低碳为特征的生产和生活方式，具有一定典型性和代表性，能发挥示范带头作用。主要建设内容包括使用清洁能源和可再生能源、推广低碳技术、节水节电、垃圾分类、资源循环利用、绿色建筑、低碳交通、绿色消费等。桂林市对试点示范项目给予一定的资金补贴和奖励，详细信息已在桂林市发展和改革委员会网站公布。
