增加新疆自治区和新疆生产建设兵团2014年光伏发电年度建设规模的通知
新疆发展改革委（能源局），新疆生产建设兵团发展改革委，国家电网公司、水电水利规划设计总院：
为缓解南疆地区电力供需矛盾，促进南疆经济社会发展，结合南疆光伏发电发展规划，决定增加新疆自治区和新疆生产建设兵团2014年光伏发电年度建设规模。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、增加新疆自治区2014年光伏发电建设规模70万千瓦，增加新疆生产建设兵团2014年光伏发电建设规模30万千瓦，上述新增规模专项用于南疆地区光伏发电建设。
二、请新疆自治区发展改革委和新疆生产建设兵团发展改革委抓紧办理项目备案，指导和协调配套电网建设，督促项目单位抓紧推进工程建设。
三、请电网企业抓紧配套电网建设，做好光伏发电项目的接网和运行服务，保障项目建成后及时并网投入运行。
四、各项目单位应科学合理制定建设计划，定期向所属省级能源主管部门及国家能源局派出机构报送建设进度情况。
