Investment for construction of China’s largest methanol plant
近日，国内单体规模最大、省内首个甲醇燃料项目——唐山中阳新能源有限公司甲醇燃料项目一期工程在丰润区投入试运转。该项目全部建成投产后，可年产高清洁甲醇汽油100万吨，并全部投入我市使用。这对减少我市机动车污染排放、改善大气环境质量将产生积极影响。
唐山中阳新能源有限公司甲醇燃料项目由开滦集团和北京华阳禾生能源技术发展有限公司共同投资建设，总投资11.07亿元。该项目位于丰润区任各庄镇化工园区。截至目前，项目一期工程生产及辅助设施土建、设备安装基本完成，已开始进行试运转；二期工程正在启动规划设计。项目全部建成投产后，可年产甲醇汽油100万吨、生物柴油200万吨，预计年销售收入122.2亿元、利税2.6亿元，可安排300人就业。
据该公司总经理姚洪介绍，作为国家重点鼓励发展的清洁能源，甲醇汽油在环保方面的价值尤为突出。与国标汽油相比，开滦集团自主研发并具有知识产权的甲醇汽油在汽车低怠速情况下可减少氢碳化合物排放量33%，一氧化碳降低25%，PM2.5颗粒物可减少30%以上。在高怠速情况下，氢碳化合物排放量可降低50%，一氧化碳降低50%，PM2.5颗粒物可减少60%以上。
