NDRC to further reform electricity transmission and distribution markets
新华社北京３月１４日电（记者陈炜伟、王优玲）国家发展改革委近期发文进一步扩大输配电价改革试点范围，扩围后试点将覆盖全国１８个省级电网和１个区域电网，标志着我国输配电价改革全面提速。
国家发展改革委新闻发言人赵辰昕１４日在发展改革委举行的新闻发布会上说，自２０１４年首次在深圳市启动输配电价改革试点以来，我国逐步扩大试点范围，去年在蒙西、安徽、湖北、宁夏、云南、贵州６个省级电网开展了先行试点。
今年，将北京、天津、冀南、冀北、山西、陕西、江西、湖南、四川、重庆、广东、广西等１２个省级电网，以及国家电力体制改革综合试点省份的电网和华北区域电网列入输配电价改革试点范围。
国家发展改革委价格司有关负责人说，积极稳妥推进输配电价改革试点，对网络型自然垄断的电网输配电环节按“准许成本加合理收益”原则核定输配电价，将为进一步深入推进电力市场化改革创造条件。
