NEA and Kuwaiti Ministry of Oil sign oil cooperation agreement
6月3日下午，在国务院总理李克强和科威特首相贾比尔的见证下，国家发展改革委副主任、国家能源局局长吴新雄与科威特副首相兼工商业部部长麦达吉签署了《中国国家能源局与科威特石油部关于石油领域合作的协议》（以下简称《协议》）。
根据《协议》，两国政府部门将支持两国企业开展石油上游勘探开发、工程服务、下游炼化等领域的合作，科威特愿继续扩大对华原油出口，并研究在中国建设战略石油储备的可能性。两国企业还将积极扩大在第三国开展石油项目合作，并在石油科技领域加强合作。
科威特是中东主要产油国之一，2013年，我从科威特进口原油940万吨，是我第十大海外原油进口来源国。中科两国在石油上下游一体化、石油工程技术服务领域也已开展良好合作。
