NEA leadership visits Argentina for nuclear power cooperation
7月18日，在国家主席习近平和阿根廷总统克里斯蒂娜的共同见证下，国家发展改革委副主任、国家能源局局长吴新雄与阿根廷联邦计划、公共投资与服务部部长德维多在阿根廷首都布宜诺斯艾利斯正式签署了《中国-阿根廷合作在阿建设重水堆核电站的政府间协议》。中核集团、中国工商银行和阿根廷核电公司签署了该项目的企业间协议。
访阿期间，吴新雄还与阿根廷联邦计划、公共投资与服务部部长德维多举行了会谈，双方就推进重水堆、压水堆核电项目合作以及油气、水电项目合作等议题深入交换了意见，并达成多项共识。
7月19日，吴新雄还出席了首届中阿经济合作与协调战略对话，介绍了中国能源发展战略和中阿两国能源合作有关情况。
