科技部、环保部办公厅，国防科工局综合司，中核集团、中核建设集团、华能集团、中电投集团、国核技、中广核集团办公厅：
为深入贯彻落实党中央国务院关于安全高效发展核电的要求和部署，推动《核电安全规划（2011-2020年）》和《核电中长期发展规划（2011-2020年）》有效实施，确保我国核电安全高效发展，经研究，聘请欧阳予院士等13位国内核电领域知名专家为第一批“国家能源局核电科学发展咨询专家”，在核电规划、政策制定、战略实施等方面，提供咨询支持。
