中国民用航空局，中国石油天然气集团公司、中国石油化工集团公司、中国海洋石油总公司、中国航空油料集团公司：
根据近期国际市场油价变化情况，决定适当提高航空煤油出厂价格（具体见附表），自2011年4月7日零时起执行。航空煤油出厂价格调整后，各航空公司可按现行联动机制规定，确定民航国内航线旅客运输燃油附加收取标准。
特此通知。
