根据《国务院关于印发“十三五”控制温室气体排放工作方案的通知》（国发〔2016〕61号）要求，我委会同有关部门，对各省、自治区、直辖市2016年度省级人民政府控制温室气体排放目标责任开展了评价考核，现将考核评估结果公告如下：
北京、天津、山西、内蒙古、上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、福建、河南、湖北、广东、重庆和四川14个省（区、市）考评等级为“优秀”；河北、吉林、黑龙江、江西、山东、湖南、海南、贵州、云南、陕西、甘肃、宁夏和新疆13个省（区）考评等级为“良好”；辽宁、广西、西藏、青海4个省（区）考评等级为“不合格”。
